The Disability Gateway has information and services to help people with disability, their family, friends and carers, to find the support they need in Australia.

Nest is an online tool for people with disability and providers of housing suitable for people with disability.

The Housing Hub is a way for people with disability to find suitable housing.

NSW Health aims to provide services in a non-discriminatory, equitable and efficient manner, which allows people with disability to function as fully participating citizens.

My Provider Directory is an online search tool for finding NDIS related services across the country.

Our role is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which will support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.

Link2home is the statewide homelessness information and referral telephone service. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.

Housing

Homelessness Australia is the national peak body for homelessness in Australia. We are a voluntary organisation that provides systemic advocacy for the homelessness sector.

Homelessness NSW (HNSW) is a not for profit organisation that operates as a peak agency for its member organisations to end homelessness across NSW.

We will work with you to make sure you receive the best possible assistance to avoid becoming homeless or, if you are homeless, or experiencing domestic and family violence, to access safe, affordable and secure housing.

The St Vincent de Paul Society in Australia has more than 45,000 members and volunteers, who work hard to assist people in need and combat social injustice across Australia.

Jenny’s Place provides direct relief and support to women and children who are experiencing domestic violence and/or homelessness (or are at risk of homelessness).
