Increasing your independence and capacity in all areas of your life by assisting you to gain NDIS funding for your required supports, identifying non-NDIS supports, linking you to these supports and working with you to make sure they maintain a smooth and successful service delivery.
These supports are billed from your Capacity Building Support Coordination budget. If you do not currently have this budget in your plan, and think you may benefit from a support coordinator, please contact us, or fill out a referral form.
